Whenever International Oil Prices rise, it will send tremors into the minds of 1.3 billion Indians. Why? They are also enslaved to use petrol/diesel driven motor vehicles, most of them being 'private vehicles'. The above chart shows the Top-10 States in India which have millions of motor vehicles, most of which are used for private transport purposes.
